About Us

Founded in the backroom of an ice-cream shop in 2007, CakeTime! was formed with a belief that parties should be fun and stress-free for both the party planners and their guests. With this key concept in mind, we are building a system where the users of CakeTime! will only need to answer these three simple questions:

As parents, we have spent many stressful years planning "perfect" parties to create those once in a lifetime cherished moments only to discover that sometimes the stress did not produce the experience we anticipated. Because of this, we thought if a national community of parents could get together to review venues and make recommendations, the resulting tool would enable parents to create special occasions that are as memorable as possible.

But we wanted to do more! We created an experience that would allow each parent the ability to search with ease across the endless number of party providers available and get a brief description of what each offers, along with directions and contact information. CakeTime! can save parents time and energy by eliminating the countless hours spent visiting different venues.

This is our Beta launch of the site and while we hope there aren't any, there may be a few bumps in the road.
